No Problem/That's Okay

Most of the time I don't say anything and just smile instead.

I say nothing and most of the time I say Thank You nobody else says anything either? Are you all posh or something I wouldn't say any of those terms I generally don't like being told 'Thank You' its so annoying and time wasting and so overused it is meaningless.

I usually say 'you're welcome' as it seems more polite

I'm a waitress and I never know what to say, an automatic response just happens without me saying anything now :P

It's not that deep, chill. It's not called being posh; it's simple courtesy.

If someone says "thank you" to me, I usually say "youre welcome".

If someone types "thank you" to me, I usually type back one of the following:
- you're welcome
- no problem
- It's okay
- It's my pleasure
- no, thank YOU
