Should I live at home or in halls?

On one side I only live around 40 minutes away. On the other side I get the impression that I'd be missing out.
So the question remains, Home or Halls?

It really depends on what you want out of uni , i know loads of people often live in halls during freshers year and then during 2nd and 3rd year they live at home. But since you live 40 mins away i'm not 100% sure you'd be a priority for on campus living .
But if you did live on campus during freshers year, it would mean you'd get a little extra money from student finance to support yourself , i personally live an hour away from campus but still choose to live on campus but then i moved out for different reasons ..
