My teacher that teaches me business is the head of sixth form. If I don't do quite well, it might affect the letter of recommendation that he will write, because he might be "bias" as I didn't do well in his subject. Is this true? If not, please explain.

It depends on the teacher, but everyone is subject to prejudice and bias, if he hates you for a time because of this and he writs your report then, it will effect hat he puts, consciously or subconsciously.

If I get a grade E or U, he would not write a good recommendation....I am worried about this.
