I'm trying to save my image which I've been editing for ageees as a JPEG however it says "cannot complete your request because of a program error" !!! please could somebody help me asap as I don't want to loose this edit

Is it not saving as any other file formats either?

I honestly don't know what to do then, I'm really sorry! Is it a recurring issue, is it happening with other files too? If you haven't lost it yet, could you maybe try copying the elements over to a new file and saving that? If that doesn't work then I honestly think you're just going to have to leave it and make the best out of the situation because I've googled for that issue and whilst some people do seem to have had it, I can't see any immediate obvious solution. I suggest you have a search yourself though in case I missed something.

Quick fix for the time being

Print screen --> paste on paint ---> save

Thank you. Luckily i had done this before your message thank you anyway i think it is something to do with my laptop as it does save correctly on the other laptop :/
