can someone translate this for me? TO FRENCH
I never liked playing sports because I preferred watching them, I was also not in shape and never had a balanced diet which was really bad for my age because it would lead to health problems, i would eat more than 4 meals a day.

Try posting your own attempt at a translation first, then I'm sure people will be happy to give feedback.

---Not saying it's a perfect translation but that's the best I can do

Improved version with explanation:

Not a bad attempt but a couple of improvements: it's plus de as it is followed by a number. Plus que is a comparison - je mange plus que lui, more than him. Me faire du mal means it harmed me. You have to understand the meaning of "would" - is it conditional or "used to" (imperfect).
