Changing board

I am currently doing my cie as levels and it is very hard, I wanted to know that can i do edexcel Alevels rather than continuing cie Alevels because I think that edexcel is much easier than cie. Is it possible or not.
are you doing pre-u or gpr?

I am international student currently in saudia arabia. Can you please tell me that is edexcel only for UK?
international students can do edexcel aswel
