Go to your GP and he might prescribe you with stronger creams? My sister used to have really severe excema (she still has it, but it just means she has to put cream on throughout the day- I rarely see her itching anymore) and she used to use diprobase but use fucidin or something when she was having real issues. Also there was that bath oil that helped- Oilatum? In short, I'd say see your GP to see if you can change your creams.

I have a problem, i have always had eczema and dry skin. But recently, it has been far worse, my skin seems to be irritated very easily, and is making work hard, as well as giving me problems in my social life.
I can't go into a pub and sit there scratching myself, it will be embarassing.
It seems to happen especially when it is warm.

Does anyone have any ideas on how i might stop this from occuring?

take antihistamines plz.

Also- have you changed washing powder/fabric softener lately or used any different products on your skin?

I was just about to make a thread about this aswell. It happens to me aswell when im doing exercise and its the most annoying uncomfortable thing ever  . I have sensitive dry skin aswell and this has only started happening over the last few months.

I spoke to my stepmum whos a nurse and she said it's probably just hormones and mentioned something about hairs standing on end or something :s-smilie:.
