Vacuole
The Nucleolus manufactures the ribosomal RNA and assembles the ribosomes and does this within the nucleus.
Its a spherical shape, and if you look at any picture of a nucleus, you will instantly recognise it as the inner sphere.

Cytoplasm is found in every cell, and it contains every organelle within the cell membrane. Its jelly-like appearance makes sure that the organelles aren't floating freely within the cell, limiting the risk of them hitting and breaking. So cytoplasm is basically a jelly barrier.

Vacuoles are basically the cytoplasm, but rather than holding all the organelles, it has the molecules the cell needs, such as water, salt and some enzymes, sometimes it can also have solid substances too, but it is mostly liquid or things dissolved within the liquid.
