Depends.
One ot those famous philosopher (Don't remember exactly who ) said it is everything about human.

I founda that they're Geography, History and Religious Studies.

These are art: art, physical education or music.

Anyway, for me - humanity subject is something boring (excluding psychology)and what isn't biology, chemistry, maths, physics :P

The humanities are those academic disciplines which study the human condition using methods that are largely analytic, critical, or speculative, as distinguished from the mainly empirical approaches of the natural and social sciences. Conventionally the humanities include the classics, languages, literature, music, philosophy, history, religion, and the visual and performing arts. Additional subjects sometimes included in the humanities are anthropology, area studies, communications and cultural studies, although these are often regarded as social sciences.

Personally I'd say just English, geography, history and RE. Maths, biology, chemistry and physics are sciences. French, German, Spanish, Italian etc are modern languages. Latin and Greek are classical languages. Sociology, psychology, politics, economics and maybe business and philosophy (but I'm not sure) are social sciences. Art, textiles, music and drama are arts. Not sure what D&T, ICT, media, film, leisure and tourism, health and social care and so on come under though.

Lol. Why don't you simply go on an university online prospectus page and look at the list of subjects under "School of Humanities"

Under "Arts" in University of Nottingham:
American & Canadian Studies
Archeology
Art History
Classics
English Studies
Film and Television Studies
French and Francophone Studies
German Studies
Hispanic and Latin American Studies
History
Humanities
Modern Languages and Cultures
Music
Philosophy
Russian & Slavonic Studies
Theology and Religious Studies

^and of the list above, there should be sub-categories where the list of subjects are in detail

I clicked on "Humanities", and the first line of the page says this:
The School of Humanities consists of the Departments of Archaeology, Art History, Classics, Music, Philosophy, and Theology.

Under the sub-topic of Humanities in "Arts", here's the link to the rest of the subjects under that title!

simply cus I'm not copying out the entire list
