An hour and a half is pushing it..
Get the Circle line to Victoria, then the train from there to Gatwick Airport. You can get the Gatwick Express, but it costs more. The Southern service stops at two or three stops in between.

I'd consider leaving earlier if you can. And hour and a half isn't enough time to get across London (and Gatwick is in Sussex!), especially if you've included checking in in that time!

Damn tricky, but just about possible if you have a good tube journey.

You need to make your way over to Victoria Train Station from Liverpool Street and get a Gatwick Express service for a non-stop run to Gatwick.

The train itself takes 30 minutes, your tube connection is dependant on route selection across town.

As has been suggested above, consider getting an earlier service into Liverpool Street, an extra 30 minutes would make the journey alot more comfortable.
