Either between Covent Garden and the British Museum, or possibly between St Paul's and the Bank of England. Any uni halls around either of those places?

Contrary to what it says on this website, these halls are far from "quality". Trust me. They surely are cheap, though..

I'm going to be renting a flat in Docklands probably... ~£250 a week (2 people sharing - ~£125), but I'm based in London so I can just stay there after summer.

Worzo, you might want to have a look at LSE/Imperial College halls, or Cass and Claredale Halls (the cheapest, but for a reason - Bethnal Green is not the area I'd like to live in)...

Like most people in the world, I do not live in London. However, I have somehow managed to get myself an internship in the City this summer, and so I am now looking for somewhere (cheap) to stay for the duration.

Does anybody have any idea of a good way to go about this? Do London universities open up their halls over summer?

Any help with this would be most appreciated.

Hello!!!I completely understand how stressful it can be trying to find accommodation when you are studying, especially in London.. I went through it myself!

I am currently living with UNITE and I am giving up my room over summer, meaning I am trying to find a replacement tenant for my flat and contract! If anyone is interested please let me know, the room is available from the 16th of May and like all other UNITE contracts, ends on the 11th of September.

My UNITE flat is in central London inbetween Zone 1(Angel) and Zone 2(Manor House), double bed, full furbished and ALL bills are included! Including internet! And its only £170 a week! The discounted rate because it's now £192 to stay here but because you'd be taking over my contract its still at the cheaper rate! It really is perfect for students and all the other flatmates are really friendly, clean and tidy.

Shared kitchen and living area. 2MB in room internet access, contents?insurance and utility BILLS ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Common room with a flat screen TV and DVD player, vending machine, 24 hour laundry room and bike storage. On site security and friendly staff available daily at reception.??
I'm desperately needed back home to help out over summer so I am URGENTLY seeking a tenant! If you need ANY more information please feel free to ask me! or email me, [email protected]
