Are there any errors in this (French GCSE)?

I've got my first written controlled assessment counting for 15% of my GCSE and I need to make sure this is absolutely perfect...
It's about family and relationships (I don't know the exact question) and I have to do it next week!

Please could you also tell me what kind of mark this would get and if there are any tenses/extra bits I need to add:
