Need help with applied science homework!!

hi people,
i really need help on my btec applied science level 3 assignment or even just a brief understanding on what i need to do please im desperate for support.
its unit 2: working in the science industry it asks me to outline procedures in the scientific workplace? i dont know what to do like how do i set it out my teacher said to set it out on a table with the procedures and all but im confused? can someone just give me a little help on what to do it doesn't have to be much please?
