Units of a gradient on a graph ?

I've used excel to draw my graph (below) and was wanting to know how exactly do I calculate the units of the gradient ?

y units: mbar mm^3 x10^3
x units: mm^3

Divide y units by x units.

Divide y units by x units.

so would it be quoted as mbar or x10^3 mbar ?

What unit is the same as mbar x 10^3?

bar, but I've recorded the data as mbar so I should be consistent.

I'd just go with mbar then.
