zoology course .. oxford or cambridge?

Ive got this friend who wants to apply for oxford/ cambridge and hes really got his heart set on zoology!
which one of the two universities offer Zoology?
do they both?
he really likes cambridge.. so it would be fantastic if they did it there. Weve both searched online but found it a little confusing.

well according to ucas.com you can do zoology under natural sciences at Cambridge but it isn't offered at Oxford

Zoology is offered as part of the NatSci tripos at Cambridge, but only from second year upwards (I think). At Oxford I guess your friend could apply for Biological Sciences, which will undoubtedly involve bits of Zoology.

If zoology is your friend's main interest, it's Cambridge all the way. You can focus 100% on zoology in the final year, and you can pick the biology modules most relevant to it in the first two years.
