sit down and put your feet up, it'll go away after a while.

also if you keep doing it your feet will get used to it, i usually run barefoot on treadmills.

Tub + hot water + feet = bliss.

Sit with your feet in a bowl of warm water and slosh them about a bit.

Then remember that running barefoot generally isn't the best idea unless you're on a nice soft beach somewhere - they've invented these things called shoes now that are actually made to prevent this kind of thing happening.

I thought it was a good idea if you're used to it? helps feet bones or something? also stops your toes turning into the squished up claws which are so common (and yet so disgusting) on many people now.

What type of shoes are you wearing?! jeez lol.

If your feet are turning into squished up claws, I'd suggest trying a slightly larger size trainer...

ergh, not my feet! no way.

but seriously look at a lot of people's feet when you're swimming or something, especially women, and they're just rank what happens when people squeeze them into pointy shoes their whole lives.
