yup toast and water. I also find fruit is great for the morning after. I don't really get hangovers much, because the best way to avoid them is to drink a glass or two of water/have something little to eat before you go to bed. That way, your body re-hydrates whilst you sleep and you wake up much better off. Fruit is great for flushing out toxins, grapes are my faves but avoid anything too acidic as alcohol and empystomacheness is not good. and believe me, don't try and make it less acidic by swallowing toothpaste . . i deffo doesn't work

I don't normally get hangovers, but did last weekend cause I was doing a lot of weed the night before too.

I found eating tomato pasta reeally helped. Feel better soon!

Lots of water. Paracetamol and asprin, cocodamol not recommended. Don't eat anything too extravagant, fruit is good, pasta and bread and things like that are good. Coke is quite good, with the sugar and the caffeine. If you're feeling really nauseous, domperidone tablets are really good. If you've been vomiting or have diarrhoea, then drink a glass of water with an oral rehydration sachet dissolved in it. Feel better!

I usually stick my fingers down my throat first and sick up all the crap. Then I usually eat toast and water like others have suggested.
