thats a dumb question - of course Edinburgh Uni is a good Uni - It's one of the BEST. If you didn't know that - then you shouldn't be applying to University. Everyone knows of and has heard of Edinburgh

Yes Danny, the amount of people saying 'if you get a first it would certainly help' is pretty discouraging to potential applicants. They may think that AAA means they're going to do well now... but as soon as they do their first exams/non-assessed work they realise just how tough it's going to be!
Leave this thread non-checked a few days~~Surprised to see there's so many replies from all of you.
My sister strongly suggested me to Edinburgh, becuase it's pretty and historic.
Then i have to turn down its offer but choose Durham-- English law still attracts me~~
