Well despite only getting university status recently, and having quite a modern ethos, it's got quite a long history.

If you were going to do a business course, you probably couldn't find a better place to do it in Scotland, and it's definitely amongst the best in the UK.

Although it maybe doesn't have the institutional reputation of one of the ancient universities (it's not far off though), it's very well regarded for the subjects it does well over here and if you are indeed doing a business course, no UK employer is going to think Strathy was a bad place to do it.

As for info, I'd assume you'd have seem the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Strathclyde

If you've got any more specific questions, then feel free to ask. I've not ever been to it or anything, but I do have a couple of friends who go there, and I'm from near Glasgow.

Compaired with Cranfield, which one is better? Just from a marketing point of view or business school point of view?
