yeh they posted four sheets or something, what to bring, contact details, where the subject summer school will take place, train tickets....i'm going from Bradford to Leeds then direct to Oxford....anyone else?!
Oh yeh we also have to send them a passport photo ...hmmm :s-smilie:
I got my reply which included sheets and train ticket

i also recieved a package with the texts we will be studying and i've a week to read two and a part of the third, they include:
the tempest- william shakespeare
a portrait of the artist as a young man- James Joyce
master works- william wordsworth

i've a lot of reading ahead of me this week!

It was quite varied (one girl wore a tiara :confused: )- anything along the lines of smart trousers/skirt and a pretty top or a nice dress (we're talking normal, not ballgowns or anything!) will be fine :smile:

It's just dawned on me how few clothes I have.

e.g.) I do not even own a pair of shoes.

Anyone going to the Cambridge Law Summer School (or failing that just to Cambridge on week 2)?

Apart from smart clothing, it also mentions a farewiell disco...bring along flares, loud shirt,s and flower power beads!?
Am I the only one not to have recieved information about clothing/disco/formal meal and things?

I think if your going to the Nottingham one which is later (from the 17th i think?) then they might send you the info a little bit later, i've only received info for a diff summer school yesterday that starts TOMORROW!
Obviously if it gets to crunch time, then give them a ring!
