Girls do exactly the same when they are going out with a guy. They will still say if they think someone if good looking or whatever to their friends.

It doesn't mean anything.

If girls can do it so can boys.

Yes it may not feel very nice for the girlfriend/boyfriend but i'm sure everyone does it.

Well biologically males are designed to spread their seed among as many females as possible, which is probably why, and if I had a boyfriend I would. It rarely means anything!

I look at other guys, but not for any real reason. I love my bf, and wouldn't dream of cheating on him. I guess it works both ways.

looking at girls isn't the same as fantasising about them, or wishing you were with them instead of your gf.

heck, i look at girls with all their bits out, even if i only look because i'm disgusted with them!

so long as your bf doesn't leer at them when you're right next to him it's not a problem.

my ex bf used to leer at girls all the time when i was with him, it was disgusting, his tongue would practically loll on the floor, even if the girl wasn't particularly attractive but just had skin on show. It never particularly upset me.

i've never actually once seen my current bf even look at another girl more than fleetingly, however, so it's not neccessarily something all men do.

This question really is a bit of a no-brainer.

"I'm now with X so therefore I am blind and no longer find Y attractive." :rolleyes:

Look, there is a huge difference between finding someone attractive and cheating. This is the same logic which some people in the "OMG my bf watches porn! He must be cheating!" lobby fail to understand.

The cause does seem to be biological. However, I hate the way it's used as an excuse - it seems rather a cop-out. It doesn't give you the excuse to do it in front of your girlfriend, as at any rate.

Yes I think that's quite disrespectful and insensitive, not to mention the way it would make a guy seem extremely lacking in self-discipline.

I've never had a problem with my girlfriends looking at other men, I'm not the jealous type. It's natural almost everyone does it. I wouldn't be at all concerned by it.

I have a degree in Evolution at a Top 3 University. According to my sources, men were promiscuous as cavemen. They liked having sex with multiple women in order to increase fertility of women. Just like lionesses, they have sex with multiple lions in order to allow the child to be 'anonymous' in terms of who their father was. I believe this practise also occured as cavemen and we have certain genes in our body that triggers a hormonal response when men see women (specially women with big breasts and big hips).
