Night out in Manchester

If u want cheese and pop classics I would deffo recomend Jabez Clegg on a Sat Or Friday nite, i love going there! Providing im pissed before hand tho cos then you dont realise your stuck to the floor cos of the amount of booze on it!

Once your in there look at the place and imagine the old school discos ur parents talk about, n ull soon realise your living the dream!

Expected last song at 2am - New York New York... ALWAYS!

Went to Satan's Hollow last night, it was ace! They had a bit of a ska binge.

Can't go wrong! Go on a wednesday, and try and get in early. Free bar for an hour- 10-11pm.

Yeah same here, Papparazzi is a commericial club so its all hip hop and RNB, flashy lights and expensive drink prices. Lets just thank god that Lucid's gone. :wink:

all the above places I would agree with. Then dont forget the 'burbs with Chorlton and Fallowfield who have some pretty rockin' bars.

Deansgate locks is cool; reasonably nice but still really cheap. Went to m2 last thursday, all r&b, brill if you love it but can get a bit boring after a while. Really cool thread btw, got some more ideas on where to go now!! Scream pubs seem to be everywhere; depends what you drink but they are pretty good i think. Cant see what all the fuss about the footage is; everyone goes on about it but i think its just dark n scary!! My mates sis wanted us to go to the temple the other night, apparently a converted sub station with the entrance in the middle of the road??!! Any opinions??
