IBM - Technical Specialist Role

Hello,
I'm looking at this apprenticeship in IBM and I've got some questions, if anybody is currently in the apprenticeship and could answer my questions I'd appreciate it.

The details on this role are pretty vague, it says that there are places throughout the UK and roles starting throughout 2016. I live in Newcastle so I'm wondering if there is any IBM offices around me where I would work if I got this apprenticeship or would I need to move?

Also, what does the day-to-day job involve? Do I sit at a desk answering support tickets? Do I go to fix computers or servers off site?

Have you tried contacting IBM's apprenticeship directly?

From what I gather you'll be on client projects throughout the UK and the IBM offices will be more as base location, as opposed to being just a help desk at their offices.

IBM Apprenticeship blog is great, gives you lot of insight from their current apprentices :smile:
