    Why are there two froms of Kc and which one do you use when.

    Kc = [Product]/[Reactant1][Reactant2]
    and
    Kc = [Reactant1][Reactant2]/[Product]

    ??? which one do i use when?

    i have never heard of the second - i've always done product/reactant - look in your text book, that's what they use there!

    i don't think there is two, as far as i am aware Kc always = products/reactants
