I'm drafting up a PS for physiotherapy, and I have already been to uni about 2 years ago to study radiotherapy but dropped out after 1st year. its been the best decision of my life, but I'm just wondering if I was to put anything about that in my PS would it look bad?

You have to declare the study in your education section but there's no need to discuss it in your ps.
That being said if you can explain that the experience helped you to realise that physio is what you really want to study/have as your career then there's no harm in having a sentence to that effect.
