Tort of Negligence- fair, just and reasonable watch

    When we were learning about the 3 part test for establishing whether a duty was owed, we look at the case of Kent v Griffiths to prove foreseeability.

    Could you also use this case as an example of imposing a duty of care (and it being fair, just and reasonable) on public bodies as the ambulance service was to blame for the further injury resulting in the heart attack? Would it be wiser to just stick to the ones we've learned in class for each part of the test?
