Hi, I'm just about to start my Gold award and have chosen Cooking for my skill. Question: can I include baking recipes in this section??

Also for physical I want to improve my overall health and fitness by going running, doing fitness DVDs, cycling. Basically things that don't involve me splashing the cash on a gym membership as I don't have the money to get one.

If I did this with a parent or family friend, could they act as my accessor and track my progress every week? Because doing exercise classes means spending money and I want to be able to do this for free.

Thanks for the help guys xxx

From what i'm aware your accesor has to be someone with no relation to you, should check on the website though

I think each section has to be a set activity. So running would count but not improving fitness by doing a range of things.

If your school has a gym you could always exercise there
