Hey, can someone tell me what to do for section C for "Measuring the distance of a remote object"? Some people have suggested "Ultrasound", but what will that measure?

I always do measuring the distance of a sunken ship whilst you are in a boat on water level.

You need an ultrasound receiver and transmitter. Send the pulse, receive it. Use

speed = distance/time to work out the distance. Then half this distance as the ultrasound pulse has had to bounce back.

I'm still working on the problems associated with this method. I am probably going to say that the pulse can be distorted by waves in the water.
