Feeling Depressed Lonely

At the moment at some times I feel this spradic feeling of depression etc. I can't seem to describe when and how this has happened, as I for one thought I was a very out going motivated and happy person. As I play lots of sport etc.

But recently just feeling strange, since my twin moved away(change of schools)..and parents work. I seem to spend long times by myself. And I don't have a gf like many of my friends do, which gets me down

Would if you guys could recommend anything to combat this etc.

Keep yourself occupied - work on existing hobbies or take up new ones, or focus more on your schoolwork, or a mixture. Suggest something to do one day/night with friends, that way you'll have company for a while and it will improve/maintain your relationship with said friends. It's natural to feel like this if your twin has moved away; they've been there with you a lot of the time up to now presumably, it's just a change. Do you have any books you want to read? You just need to fill the gap that your twin seems to have left behind - you'll just have to keep yourself entertained more. If you feel that doing more things and being more active (exercise can help your mood btw) doesn't seem to be helping enough, go see your GP about it.
