I need a topic for my Math HL IA !! Please help!! watch

    • Thread Starter

I am in my senior year and need a topic for the internal assessment in Maths. I am interested in astronomy and otherwise calculus. Any Ideas?

For astronomy, maybe you can try to predict the trajectory of a specific space object such as comets/shooting stars, etc.

Calculus itself is a broad topic and can be narrowed down to things such as differential equations, maybe if you try to find how calculus can be applied in astronomy that would be a good go for you.

I am currently doing my math IA on calculus: deriving and applying the surface area and volume of a torus.
