    Hi all,

I'm currently 3 weeks in to studying Economics Bsc at Manchester, and to be truthful, I am really not enjoying many aspects of the course and feel like I am regretting choosing it massively.

Is it too late (or even possible anyway) to change to another course within the uni?

    Thanks

I went to Manchester and i know of a few people who did the whole first year and then changed to another subject for second year.

Definitely talk to someone who will be neutral about this first. Student services perhaps.

Hope you get what you need from this because it's important to leave with a degree that is helpful and relevant to you.

The more similarities/shared modules it has with your current course, the more likely that you'll be able to change. The only way to find out for sure is to ask the department, however.

You'd need to speak to the department about it - go along to the undergrad reception on the ground floor of Arthur Lewis building and they'll be able to tell you what's possible.

Thanks everyone. I'll go and speak to them tomorrow and hopefully can get something sorted.
