Ho guys currently in yr12, my current school requires a C in c1 from chapter 1 to 5 (all material we have covered) however most of my friends in dofferent schools have done this and have gotten Es and Us and say it is common for this to happen early in the academic yr.

So guys pls help me out with some revision and maths tips to allow me to stay on this course, ive tried a c1 paper chapt 1 to 5 and have gained a D. I really need to know how to go about this. Many thanks

Look at the paper and see what happened.

Is it that you were fine with 3 out of 5 topics but there were 2 you need to revisit?

Is it that you were fine with the easier questions but when it got difficult it was too hard?

Is it that you need to work on your exam technique, and it's costing you marks?

    And so on.

The best remedy is to revisit the topics you're not familiar with, use videos online if necessary, then practice as many questions as you can until you're comfortable with the topic. Then go back and do the same test and see if anything has changed.

Find out what topics you went wrong with

Then watch some videos regarding the topic on ExamSolutions.co.uk

Then do all the exercises regarding the topic in your textbook

    Then attempt past paper questions
