Due to my low UCAS points I'm unable to apply to the top firms in the finance or banking industry. Does anyone know where I can find info on the more lower ranked firms that don't look at UCAS points?

What ucas points are top firms looking for? It sounds outright stupid that theyd prioritize ucas points over a first class degree/masters

They usually want 320 ucas points or they don't consider your application.
