    Im taking maths, physics and computer science,
    Im from Brunei. There are not much opportunities for other activities here.
    What could i do to show interest in maths when im applying to universities ?

    Read books.
    Take part in any maths challenges if you can.
    If you have the opportunity to undertake an Extended Project Qualification, do it on maths
    Challenging problems e.g. STEP, perhaps MAT.

    Just some suggestions. There's probably much more.

    there are tons of good books you can read
    examples:
    the music of primes
    Alex's adventures in numberland
    How many socks make a pair/ why do buses come in twos (these are really quick and easy)
    the simpsons and their mathematical secrets (not that mathsy but really interesting)
    fermat's last theorem by simon singh
    the colossal book of mathematics by martin gardner


    are all good ones but there are loads more.
