Is it possible to reuse a train ticket that hasn't been stamped?
I bought an open return which was valid for one month. The ticket going to my destination got stamped, but when I returned it didn't get stamped or looked at once (I think the train guard thought he had already checked my ticket). However the ticket did go through the gate machine at the start so is it now invalid or?
If it's gone through the machine, then I would imagine that next time you put it into one then the gate will swallow it up. Probably not worth the risk.
