    Hi,

I wonder if anybody could help me.

I got a tutorial coursework which would prepare us for similar question on exam. I got to perform association tests on given example data (using genotype, allelic and dominant/recessive models). Having done proper statistic tests, I found significance in genotype/allelic and dominant tests and one of the question is whether the SNP is causal? I'm struggling to come up with an answer but mostly why yes or not? I would like to understand what exactly I'm looking for.

    Many thanks!

It's very difficult to understand what you are asking for help with. Could you please provide some context for what it is you are having trouble with?
