    School 1:
A college near where I live
Very good grades - slightly lower than school 2
Offers the exact courses I want to take
Slightly further away from my house than school 2 (spend more on travel)
I know a few people who are thinking of going there
I feel excited when I think about going there

    School 2:
The sixth form of my current high school
Very good grades - slightly better than school 1
Doesn't offer the exact courses I want to take, but offers a good alternative
Closer to where I live (spend less on travel)
The majority of my friends are going there
It's familiar and the "safe" option because I know that the teaching methods suit me and also I have already been at the school for 5 years so I am comfortable there

I have always had my heart set on going to school 1 but recently teachers at my school have told us a lot of negative things about school 1 (because they are the two best sixth forms in the area and they kind of compete, I guess) so I feel like I can't make a proper decision on my own. I don't want to regret whichever I choose

Both are excellent schools so based on this, which would you choose?

    Thank you
