    That is tough question.

Lawless is a really good pilsner but hard to find.

Leffe Blonde is a strong wheat beer, easy to source and comes in a really classy bottle. One of my favourites for easy drinking.

Despite the reputation, Stella Artois is actually very, very decent.

strongbow and yeah apples not that nice
Well I am going to completely disregard your opinion because you are completely wrong.

Strongbow is ****. Bulmers and Magners are passable.

Westons make some of the best cider in the world.

Schlenkerla Rauchbier Märzen - A fantastic smoked beer but not something you can get in the supermarket.

Or failing that pick up some Dragon Stout from Tesco.

    ^^ is correct.

As for beer, go for any strong English ales. Hobgoblin can be found quite easily and that is a lovely drink.

    Wells Banana Bread
    Delicious stuff.

Very much depends on what sort of beers you like tbh, as far as dark beers go, the triple chocoholic stout and hazelnut coffee porter from saltaire brewery are beautiful, likewise titanics iron curtain imperial stout.
