So I applied to Oxford, Imperial, Surrey, St Andrews and Edinburgh for Mathematics. I got three A's in AS but I did not do too well in GCSEs due to extenuating circumstances. Realistically will that affect my offers?

Details would help, but Oxford are well known to place great value on GCSE results.

All you can do is wait and hope. You have chosen a high risk strategy applying to those unis but hopefully some of them will give you an offer. Otherwise look at Extra in due course and take a less competitive uni

Smash the MAT as much as possible, top marks in that will diminish the effect of your GCSEs.
