    You have already work out the G.P.E of the bob relative to the ground and so you could therefore work out the maximum kinetic energy of the bob when released to hit the ground, but unfortunately the bod is supported such that it wouldn't release all of its G.P.E when released. As a result, you need to work out the change in G.P.E or the G.P.E of the bob relative to its minimum position when released. Surely the latter is simpler.
