Do boys generally stare for no reason? Or what! watch

You know i'm sure i'm not the only girl here who has experienced a certain boy paying attention or just staring which seems odd.

Basically, there's this guy who just stares / glances towards me a lot! He's been doing this for like 3/4 lessons. Whenever i ask my friend that i need something, he gets it and gives it to me; I never asked him! It seems as if he listens to my convros secretly.

Once, he tried to generate a convro but i was on my phone so i didn't realise he was tryna talk to me. My friend noticed and agrees every statement i'm making.

He even moved from his place so he could sit near me. I kind of moved my seat as i don't like playing games. During the lessons when i was writing or just generally talking to this guy he kept on staring/ glancing towards me.

This guy was kind of flirting with me and that dude just looked at me lol!!

    This isn't normal!

Also, once i was confused to what this person's name was and i was asking my friend, she was clueless aswell. Then that guy stopped even tho his friend left. He pretended to sort out his headphones even tho they were fine! My friend assumed he wanted to help but he eventually left.
