In currently doing the WJEC Biology CAT about bovine TB. I'm doing part 2 now (designing an experiment to test the effectiveness of a vaccine) and I was wondering what people put as the independent variable and what your sample size was for the experiment? Thanks!

The independent variable is the one you're changing to see the effect it has on the results, so it should be the amount of vaccine used or the concentration etc, I don't really know much about it. The dependant variable is what changes due to the change in the independent variable so that could be the number of successes
