Thank you! Isn't the last part of my solution already in 'reduced echelon form' though? or am I still missing something?

firstly I have not checked your working to see if it is correct.

your augemented matrix is row echelon form
to be in reduced row echelon form you must have zeros above the leading 1s, in order to assign free variables.

unless you get a zero row you will have a four dimensional line

I think I completed the question, I ended up with:

X+2Z=0
Y-Z=0
W=0
