Hey,
I'm really interested in doing a nutritional therapy diploma at the College of Natropathic Medicine in London. (CNM) However, after doing some research I have found some negative reviews and reports about the field of nutritional therapy...saying it's not very well respected, and regulated in the UK, I don't have the science background to get onto a nutrition degree course, so this is the best route for me, into the field of nutrition... but i'm now having a few doubts. Are there any nutritional therapists out there who can offer me some inspiration and/ or advice? Other than self employment, where could I work? Do you think this an emerging field that will grow in popularity and gain more respect from the NHS and members of the public? I am also hoping to work as a health care assistant alongside studying, so that if I complete the nutritional therapy course at CNM, and want to branch into other areas of health care afterwards, I can still do this.
Thanks!
