Hey I'm looking at applying for a school direct place. I notice that some SD courses have universities listed as thiwr accrediting provider and some have the name of a SCITT or something, like the Educate Alliance (i can't remember the exact name)
I was just wondering if there was a difference, so far I've only considered the ones with a university but there seems to be more with a training alliance. So would one be better than the other?

All have to be accredited to be able to provide the course so I wouldn't worry too much it only really matters if you want one with a PGCE as well as QTS x

Thanks I thought as much but just wanted to make sure! So do you only get PGCE through universities, not these other accrediting providers? x
