Can a good be a perfect substitute if it is the same price but not actually the same type of good.

For example I know Coke and Pepsi are perfect subs as it doesn't matter which one you have as they both are the same.

But say if a good is an equal price. Say Wine and Pork, does that make it a perfect substitute as it is the same price, say £2 each.
“Yanny” or “Laurel”
