Lately I've been quite stressed due to the fact that I'm accumulating more expenses for school, such as books, new laptop, programs for said laptop, world challenge etc and I have No real way of earning any income as to somewhat afford these.
I've looked for part time jobs, and in reality I only need a small income as so i can afford new books every now and then, contribute towards world challenge, and to also just allow me to have some spending money for myself. But from looking for part time jobs I've realised nobody is looking to hire someone in my situation as its impossible for me to work long hours due to the studying involved with my a-levels. Another thing is that it isn't possible for my parents to provide me with any spending money and they can barely afford to support me let alone get me books and clothes.
I don't really know what to do and I'd appreciate your advice on what options I have.
    Many Thanks,
    Jake.

Could you not get a Saturday job? Sweeping up and making tea in a hairdressers? Working in a local cafe? Helping the local market traders set up / pack up? Local butchers shop?

Your only real options are to either reduce spending or increase income.
