I hate to come across all patronising but that's soo cute. Shy guys are attractive, there's nothing wrong with being shy, except that lots of girls are shy about asking guys out. I'd say go for it! there's nothing wrong with not having a girlfriend until 20, if anything it shows how careful you are and mature about deciding who you want to be with. be proud of yourself mate!

i had the balls before like 2 years ago but that girl was a 1st crush and it tore me apart.
i went cuku! lol. got all sensitive and cried bout her, but i learnt alot from her experience. but now i just dont know what to do.

Mate, just trust me on this.
Just go for it. GET WHAT YOU WANT. No one else will ever do it for you. I know how crippling shyness can be, but you just need to not think about it and just ask!
Do something about it or you'll be sitting here next year wondering why you're luck still hasn't changed.

i will do it but if shes doesnt like me then my friendship with her is over, and shes doing the same course as me at uni.

Just do it. At the end of the day you've got nothing to lose as your friendship is based on the fact that you want more.

If you're so afraid to ask your crush out, give the hints. Pay more attention to her. Talk to her more. Smile and laugh. Socialise. Find a good place to socialise. Maybe a good restaraunt. (This is preparation). Start getting more intimate. Compliment her more. Ask her out: "Hey I hear there's movie showing, wanna go grab a bite and see it?" That's the final obstacle.
