    Hello!

    If it is not bothering you, can you please reply to this thread by sharing your workout routine?

    - How many repititions & sets? (eg. Situps 10 times, 3 sets)
    - When? (day or night)
    - How many times per week? (eg. twice or thrice)

    Sadly I don't work out (even though I probably should), I prefer to watch what I eat. But at least I go cycling whenever I can

    I train full body twice a week. The first day is a heavy day where I use linear progression, trying to put more weight on the bar when I can using micro plates. The second day is a light day where I use around 70% of the weight I used on the heavy day. I also do some hill sprints when I feel like it maybe twice a week.

    Monday - Heavy Day
    Squats - 3x5
    Bench Press - 3x5
    Deadlifts - 1x5
    Overhead Press - 3x5
    Chin-Ups - 3x5

    Thursday - Light Day
    Squats - 3x5
    Bench Press - 3x5
    Deadlifts - 1x5
    Overhead Press - 3x5
    Chin-Ups - 3x5
