I want to apply for computer science course UCL and Imperial College.
The subjects that I have passed are further mathematics, physics, chemistry.
Besides my enthusiasm, I have no more experience than computer courses I have taken at school and online Algorithm course which I am taking now.I would like to know that not having any prominent experience in computing and programming would be an obstacle in getting an offer?

It wouldn't be an obstacle in getting an offer since 99% of universities assume people applying are totally new to programming. However learning programming beforehand could be advantageous to your first year studies at university.
